Übersicht

The MBA in Human Resource Management provides a comprehensive education in core business areas such as finance, economics, marketing, and organisational behaviour, while offering an in-depth focus on the strategic role of human resources in modern organisations. You will explore key HR topics including international HR management, training and development, and advanced practical case studies. Through specialised modules, you will gain the knowledge and tools to shape effective people strategies, foster organisational development, and navigate the challenges of talent acquisition, retention, and performance management in global environments. You will also strengthen your leadership, communication, and intercultural skills through integrated projects and practical work. The programme concludes with an applied project or internship and a master’s thesis, equipping you with the expertise to take on advanced HR roles and lead human capital initiatives that drive business success.
