- Business diversification: Recreation, Health & Wellness
- Consumer behaviour and quality management
- Hospitality challenging technologies: AI, robots and extended realities
- Principles of Hospitality Law and applied negotiations
- Hospitality Financial Management: operational decision making

5. Semester – 30 ECTS – Specialisation semester*

- Business Optimisation: Sales, Distribution & Revenue Management
- Hospitality entrepreneurship & Business planning
- Applied change and transformation management in the hospitality industry
- Hotel projects: Design & Development

The following specialisations in English will offered** : “ Creating Hospitality Companies” or “Culinary & Food Management “

6. Semester – 30 ECTS – International internship semester*

  • German speaking students should spent an internship semester in a foreign sepaking country, International students should spent the internship outside their home country,
